We are announcing the beginning of an initiative that we believe would provide a key service offering to our clients; The ITANDT Developer Job Network (DJN). The DJN is aimed at addressing two key challenges faced by a lot of our clients, within the technological space. First, having a central database of programming talents in Nigeria, who can work on-premise and online. Second, being able to find the talents needed to create value-driven solutions within their organizations and businesses, whenever they are required.
Our approach to overcome these challenges is to actively search, verify, hire and place these talents within projects we receive from our trusted clients. Over the years we have been trusted by our clients in the financial, telecommunications, and other key industries to deliver crucial software that are built around their systems. We believe this new offering will help us further deliver value for these clients and keep us abreast with an exclusive skilled developer network.
We believe the Developer Job Network would be an opportunity for ITANDT to improve its service offerings to its clients; allow our clients to constantly rely on us for quality and speed in delivery; while also helping programmers find important, challenging and rewarding work in Nigeria.

WHAT IS DEVELOPER JOB NETWORK
DJN (Developer Job Network) is essentially a list of developers with the required skills to create, maintain and upgrade a technological project. A client (company or individual) sends a project they want built, we identify the key technical expertise and we hire the developers to work with us on a contract term, to complete the project.
OUR PROCESS
- Interested applicant fills out our entry form
- Applicants’ information and credentials are verified.
- Applicants are interviewed and evaluated.
- The client sends a project requirement with or without a talent resource request.
- Applicants are shortlisted and are sent over to the client
- The client may run its evaluation to ensure competency and culture fit
- The client engages us to complete the project or request for the talent directly.
